I could not thank Holy Ziguang Shang Shi enough for his merciful welcome and enlightenment. Since learning Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma, I have gained many benefits in the following two aspects in general:

On one hand, I was much healthier after joining in Guang Huan Mi Zong and practicing the Health Dharma than before. My rhinitis, conjunctivitis, headache, insomnia and internal organs disorder were greatly healed. I could draw myself up as well. Moreover, my poor skin became much brighter and healthily rosy. In a word, I got countless physical benefits that I couldn’t finish telling. I had never felt so relax and healthy all over before.

On the other hand, I had a bigger reward in mind. A long time ago, I took a fancy to the Buddha Dharma and Buddhist Sutras but blindly pursued them without any understanding any of them. After meeting with Holy Ziguang Shang Shi and hearing his preaching, I gradually became aware of the truth of life and understood more of the Buddha Dharma and Buddhist Sutras. As Holy Ziguang Shang Shi mentioned, one who is not proficient in Mundane Dharma can hardly comprehend the Buddha Dharma. The Mundane Dharma is like the root of lotus in the mud; without the mud, there won’t be the unstained lotus. Only after learning how to conduct oneself properly, could he or she understand the afflictions in their lives, and have the goal or purpose of practicing Dharma.

I was grateful to Holy Ziguang Shang Shi for guiding me to know what health is. The spectrum of health is beyond physical to spiritual. Only the one who has health physically and spiritually can be really healthy.

I was so lucky to meet Holy Ziguang Shang Shi. I showed great gratitude to him for disseminating the Esoteric Dharma and giving me a healthy body and healthy mind. My greatest appreciation to Holy Master is that he gave me the chance of hearing the Buddhist Dharma and extricated me from the life of misery. I believe I will grow up healthy with Holy Master’s blessing and protection. I would like to follow Holy Master as a preacher of Buddha all my life, letting more people know what Dharma really is, and have the chance to join the big family of Guang Huan Mi Zong. I will devote oneself to Guang Huan Mi Zong.
